So I like doing long axis internal jugular central venous catheterization a little bit differently. I think it's a lot more natural to position myself on the side of the patient rather than at the head of the bed. This lets me hold the transducer in front of me and insert the needle along the long axis of the transducer so it's still in plane, but without having to hold both needle and transducer out in front of me which I find to be an awkward non-ergonomic position.

Harney is a documentary film in production about cattle women in ranching by way of the womb, the tomb, or the altar inside Harney County, Oregon. On the agenda today was pregnancy testing cows with the use of futuristic technology straight out of a Tom Cruise Mission Impossible film using eyeglasses fitted with a mini screen.
