                  02:51

                  from Finianne Umali Added 43 0 0

As our team travels down to Nicaragua, we hope to further education about malaria prevention with the local families. As an incentive to come to our information session, we want to give out treated mosquito nets to families and educate on the correct ways to use and maintain them. Malaria can be prevented by simply using a mosquito net against the malaria-carrying mosquitos that bite during the evening. All it takes is a few dollars to purchase these nets, but unfortunately the cost is out of reach for many families. Please help us out by raising money to purchase these nets and end the deadly sting of mosquito bites! We hope to aid, educate, and protect 50+ families during our base and mobile medical clinics. Visit www.facebook.com/IRRmalarianets for more information. To donate, visit www.indiegogo.com/IRRmalaria or rockpile.ucollege.edu/irrmissions. Thank you for your support and please pass on the word!
