This project lasted me from the beginning of Spring Term all the way to the first week of Summer Classes. I got this idea from a similar video from the Axis of Awesome, outlining the 4 most common chords used in pop music from 80's all the way to current. I decided to make my own version with a unique mix of songs. I start out by laying down the main melody by using Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" as a background template and then used other songs using the same chord progression. The key that I transposed all the songs to is C Major I also tried using the auto-tune feature in garageband to give it a very modern feel. The software and equipment that I used are posted in the credits. I do not own any of the rights to the lyrics of the music

This was initially released as episode 28 of our podcast. The room in the beginning is in fact where the players will sleep during the tournament. Well, unless they book into a proper hotel. Which they won't because they're students and they just can 't afford it. Which is why we keep the whole tournament as affordable as possible. Which is why they have to sleep in that room. What they don't mind, because it's cheap. And so on.
