                      from Peter Kowalke / Added

Accompany 10 grown homeschoolers from around the U.S., ranging in age from 19 to 31, as they explore and candidly discuss the lasting influence home education has had on their lives. Produced and edited for the homeschooling community by a lifelong homeschooler, this 107-minute documentary is a frank and often illuminating portrait of the triumphs and struggles homeschoolers face as children, teens and adults. “I was completely blown away! Parents, teachers, teenagers and anyone wondering how homeschooled children turn out as adults should watch this tape.” -Patrick Farenga, author of Teach Your Own: The John Holt Book of Homeschooling “Entertaining, vulnerable, unpretentious. Grown Without Schooling offers fascinating insights about the transition from homeschooling to the working world, and it provides both reassurance and thoughtful guidance for the next generation of homeschoolers. Highly recommended!” -Grace Llewellyn, author of The Teenage Liberation Handbook and director of Not Back to School Camp
