Part three is also on the Tongariro River, this time while paddling down Access 14. This too was a controlled release, the following day from that of Part Two. Access 14 has more gradient to that of Access 10, making for some swifter white water action. In this video I used the slow motion editing to compliment the musical tempo, making an interesting intro for the footage.

In this edition I tried to make the best of some not so good footage taken while paddling down the Tongariro River Access 10 section, during a controlled release back in March. The video clips were cut and mixed to work with not so good music acquired from my son. Experimented with the audio by cutting out the rubbish bits and binding back together again. It all seems to work quite well together making this final edited video look more exciting than it actually was.

First attempt at editing and creating a video after receiving Go-pro gift from my son. Tried to be creative with the editing, a bit of learning involved but pleased with finished cut. I'm a 50 plus White Water kayaker who started in the sport six years ago. This video is Part One of my Kayaking Sessions for 2015. Location is on the Kaituna River near Rotorua.

Here's a short video of one of my favorite British rivers, the East Okement. Situated on the North side of Dartmoor it offers over a km of brilliant, continuous granite slides followed by an exciting series of steep drops through dense woodland. This run needs lots of rain to come into condition and this video shows the run at a medium level, around 0.58 - 0.6 on the Fatherford gauge.
