As Remembrance Day draws near, one fascinating story demonstrates the sacrifice made by people of all backgrounds and ages in the Second World War. "The Children Who Fought Hitler" examines the history of the Commission's own staff who lived in Ieper in Belgium, but who were forced to flee from the Nazis in 1940.
