1. Who'll Buy My Memories

    from Dennis Hendricks Added 4 0 0

Willy Nelson re-released his song called "Who'll Buy My Memories?". I love the song and was going to add photos of my memories but as the song said, no one will buy my memories- so I added some light hearted baby photos in hopes it will remind you to cherish your memories and build new ones before it is too late.

      • Redwulf Rocks Layback on 1982 World Tour....well...part of the world!

        from Mike Sager Added 9 0 0

Redwulf Rocks Layback 1982 World Tour....well....part of the world anyway!! from Mike Sager 11 minutes ago ALL AUDIENCES This all started a LONG time ago in Southern California...where Redwulf came to life as a three piece original rock band. Loud and lacking a little polish, but we had fun. Then in 1978 the group moved to Wenatchee, Washington and evolved (many times). The song backing the photos is Layback...one of our local hits "as we were told"....we had great people that followed us. They made every show worth showing up for. I don't have near all the members shown in the video...I wish I had taken way more photos back then. If we would only have had digital cameras back then! Anyway...I want to thank all the musicians I shared the stage with...actually I was VERY fortunate to be SURROUNDED by incredible players. I hope this sparks a few memories and makes you smile while listening. I know I still do... The musicians on this take are Bruce Simpson (ripping lead guitar), Jesse Barrera (lead vocal), Gary Hohisel (organ and smokin' it...he was I believe 16 years old when we did this), Steve Clem (bass guitar), Dale Hohisel (on drums....Gary's older brother...not by much) and myself Mike Sager (rhythm guitar). Dave Keefer from Belmont Studios did us the honor of putting this ALL together on an 8 track tape machine ...only 8 tracks and did a heck of a job. He even did some back up vocals for us. So there you have it....I hope you enjoy!

                    from Dennis Hendricks Added 91 0 0

"I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing (In Perfect Harmony)" is a popular song which originated as the jingle "Buy the World a Coke"[1] in the groundbreaking 1971 "Hilltop" television commercial for Coca-Cola. "Buy the World a Coke" was produced by Billy Davis and portrayed a positive message of hope and love sung by a multicultural collection of teenagers on the top of a hill. "Buy the World a Coke" repeated "It's the real thing" as Coca-Cola's marketing theme at the time. The popularity of the jingle led to it being re-recorded by The New Seekers and by The Hillside Singers as a full-length song, dropping references to Coca-Cola. The song became a hit record in the US and the UK.
