LaToya Ruby Frazier says her work is about finding a balance between the poetics and the politics of documentary photography. Her work is gripping and highly personal, often involving family members. Just 30, Frazier was chosen for the 2012 Whitney Biennial, where her work is attracting wide attention. Also, meet Stephen Dunn. The Pulitzer Prize-winning poet talks about the master class he teaches at Stockton College, and reflects on his retrospective of revisions at the Noyes Museum at Seaview Resort. A new collection of his poems has just been published, “Challenges for the Delusional.” Our studio visit features contemporary embroiderer Erin Endicott. Her work blurs the lines between stitching, sewing, painting, and sculpting, and deals with spiritual and psychological subjects. This week's performance venue is Princeton University's historic Alexander Hall – an elegant Romanesque building with amazing acoustics. We'll hear a performance by the Westminster Choir, featured recently in the Andrea Bocelli PBS Special from Central Park.
