If you close your eyes and imagine a Storybook Wedding, you'll envision the wedding of Keith & Marisha. Set at the famous Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH, the wedding was right in one of the most beautiful areas in existence, the White Mountains. The Ceremony took place on the veranda, allowing the moment to be created on a perfect Autumn day in New England, with a backdrop of towering mountains. The rest of the day was just as fitting, where each detail seemed to be right out of a magazine. The flower arrangements, the food, the hall and the band were all amazing attributes to such a stunning wedding. Keith & Marisha's love shined through and each and every friend and family member added to the joy in what was a fun and incredibly lively event. Peg Mills made shoe pegs, at one time needed to attach soles to shoes. Millions were needed and peg mills were in several White Mountain towns. Only one survives today. The Kearsarge Peg Mill is the only one left in the United States. It is still operating, making shoe pegs, using machinery and processes, from the early years of the 20th century.

This is one episode in a series I shot for the Weather Channel called "Weather Ventures." It was basically a travel log series with a weather "hook." Each episode was a series of cool vignettes highlighting unique areas of interest in that particular region - in this case it was the White Mountains in New Hampshire.
