        When the Oregonian was doing a story about cycling-specific yoga, producer Faith Cathcart contacted me to talk about BikeYoga. Rather than give her a talking head interview about it, I created a short sequence we could share through video with Portland's throngs of cyclists. Short and sweet, this sequence is one of my all-time post ride or race stretching sequences.
