I’m accustomed to leading from the front as a director and as a creative director. As a Creative Director I recently turned around the creative fortunes of a corporate and commercials production company in the Middle East, winning 15 international awards inside 12 months.
I’m proud of the ‘re-brand’ of asylum seekers that I achieved with the charity film ‘Torn’ that went on to win the top prize at the prestigious IVCA Clarion Awards in London, described by the judges as a work of ‘sublime beauty’.
Proud of the recruitment film ‘Step Up’ where senior managers at PwC seemingly tap dance their way to success which went on to win an IVCA Silver Award in Recruitment.
For HRH Prince Charles I turned Stephen Fry into planet earth and made Al Murray the man on the moon in a CSR film called Costing The Earth.
Persuaded the former boss of London Underground, Tim O’Tool (CEO of First Group), to recite a poem for a corporate tribute film.
Created the football fans film pilots that enabled ESPN to secure a 2 year on-air sponsorship deal.
Secured a rare interview with Al Pacino for a Channel 4 documentary.
Mistook the then fledgling arab broadcaster MBC for NBC but went onto devise, produce and direct their weekly flagship fashion programme.
On a mission to persuade a Hollywood producer to finance a ‘true’ story travelled the boondocks of Texas in search of the ancestors of outlaws from the Black Country only to discover it was all a fantasy.

2012 : Cannes Corporate Media & TV Award Black Dolphin Winner (Best Editing) ‘Be Amusing’ ; 3 Marcom’s Awards, Platinum (Best Recruitment) for ‘Living in Qatar’, Gold for ‘Be Amusing’, Platinum (Internal Comms) ‘Workplace of Choice’ film.
IVCA Silver (Best Recruitment film) for ‘Step Up’ & IVCA Bronze (Charity/Welfare film) ‘The Stroke Project’.
2011 : IVCA Bronze (Best Script) for ‘Nat Geo Appeal’.
2009 : IVCA Clarion Award (Best Video) ‘Torn’. IVCA Silver (Documentary) ‘Torn’ & Bronze (Welfare/Charity) for ‘Torn’ .
