I have over 25 years of experience in the Performing Arts: as an actor, director, producer, playwright, amateur dancer and choreographer. My theatrical directorial credits include many poetry performances, skits for television and plays for stage and television, including Dreamgirls, VOICES: Unoo Nuh Hear Dem?, ‘night Mother, Di Fallen Angel an Di Devil’s Concubine, Jamaica Pepperpot, Concubine, Grease and Trevor Rhone’s musical edu-drama POSITIVE. I have been nominated for several and won two ITI Jamaica Actor Boy Awards: Best Actor in a Lead Role in God’s Favorite in 2002 and VOICES (which I wrote and directed) was awarded Best Revue in 2003. I shared the award for Best Director at Caribbean Schools Drama Festival 2007 for my direction of Jamaica Youth Theatre in Sylvia Wynter’s Maskarade).
