PechaKucha Night Bangor is a dynamic collaboration among Fusion Bangor and multiple arts, educational and community partners in the Bangor Region.

PechaKucha Night was started in 2003 by Klein Dytham Architects as an opportunity for designers of all stripes to present their work. The idea is to keep presentations concise, interest up and to have many ideas to share in one evening. The 20x20 PechaKucha format allows each presenter a slideshow of 20 images, each shown for 20 seconds. The total presentation time of 6 minutes 40 seconds on a stage before the next presenter is up. Each event usually has 10 presenters.

PechaKucha Night is an opportunity for people to show off their creative work and accomplishments to the community. Designers, painters, architects, wood workers, sculptors, dancers, photographers, academics, athletes, landscape architects, urban planners, farmers, advertising professionals, filmmakers, entrepreneurs and more are all welcome to participate.
