Lara carries over 20 years experience in the Film and Television Industry. Specializing in all areas of Marketing and Creative Services, including above line oversight of projects at all levels; budgets, proposals, scheduling, product development and consumer promotion, crewing and equipment, contracts, Ad and Sponsorship Sales, music licensing, graphics supervision and media scheduling. With a unique specialty of managing creative talent, Lara can pull together experts in the industry and lead in a confident, positive and effective manner.

As the Vice President of Creative Services at Golf Channel, Lara managed a creative staff of 35, and oversaw all of Golf Channel’s Promotional Efforts and Creative Development. From strategic planning to creative execution, Lara led the creative team made up of Creative Director, Art Directors, Promo Producers and Special Project Editors, to create a synergetic creative environment with proven results. Lara started at the Golf Channel in 1994 and worked on the launch of the Network. In 2007 Lara created a partnership with Troika Design Group to redesign the Network with a Fresh, Contemporary new look and feel, creating the ultimate destination for Golf and Sports Fans. In 2011, Lara led the Golf Channel creative team as they rebranded NBC’s Golf Coverage, and took on all of NBC Golf’s Promotional efforts in a seamless and effective manner.
