Justina Hernik (born Justyna Dominika Hernik) is a professional actress, writer and marketing enthusiast.. She is known for her creativity, passion for trying out new things, belief in unconditional love and wicked sense of humour. She lived in Poland, Germany, France, US and UK, and used to hold many various job titles including zoo keeper and casino cashier.
Her adventure with acting began quite early when she accompanied her friend to an audition and decided to give it a go for fun. She was asked to act as if she was rain and until now she says it was the most wonderful feeling she has ever experienced.
She used to be a member of a professional theatre group in Warsaw called La M.ort which received numerous awards for performances of original plays "Everything Instead" and 'The Next Ones'. Justina travelled with La M.ort across Poland and was invited to performed in Moscow and Edinburgh.
After defending her Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics she decided to move permanently to London where she attended acting workshops and performed with various groups.
In 2011 she moved to New York where she graduated from The Lee Strasberg Theatre an Film Institute. At LSTFI she studied under great mentors such as Lola Cohen, Robert Ellerman, Irma Sandrey, Bill Hopkins and Paul Calderon.
She is currently working on her own web series called 'Studio', feature script called 'Unexpected' and second draft of her novel called 'XXI: The beginning', all of which are based on stories from her own life.
