Ashley E. Arnott, Senior Director of Learning and Talent Development for Junior Achievement USA® is experienced in leadership development, management, professional development and change management. Formerly a Regional Training Manager for the Apollo Group and University of Phoenix, Ashley spent six years as an Executive Leadership Coach and managed a team within the Southeast Region in the Learning and Development department. In this capacity she led many corporate change initiatives, leadership workshops, distance learning programs and leadership performance coaching workshops. Prior to her work with the Apollo Group, Ashley was a corporate trainer for The Walt Disney Company in Florida where she worked with new employees to teach them the Disney way of doing business and developed her coaching and training skills.
Ashley graduated from Keene State College in New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication and a
Master’s in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix. She also holds her Life Coaching Certification through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County and the International Coaching Federation as well as certifications in numerous nationally recognized programs including The Blanchard Company’s Situational Leadership and Leading Through Change.
Originally from Boston, MA, Ashley has lived in New Brunswick, NJ, Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA. She currently resides in Colorado Springs, CO where she shares her very active life with her beloved canine companion, Nya-Jane.
