Simon Wright has specialised in marketing and communications for over 15 years with the past eight years focused on internal communications. He has worked and consulted for a number of large organisations in a variety of sectors both in the UK and the Middle East, including financial and professional services, telecoms, retail, charities and travel & tourism.
In 2006, Simon co-founded the internal communications agency, Gatehouse, which specialises in providing employee engagement and change management advice and services to businesses, ranging from large corporates through to professional bodies and charities.
As well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and Communicators in Business (CiB), Simon is frequently involved in judging awards programmes and is often quoted in the media. His work has won a number of awards in recent years, including recognition in creative campaigns, event planning and communication programmes.
