Michelle Davidson has garnered acclaim working on both sides of the camera as a filmmaker and journalist. She hosts and produces television shows, creates web series, writes screenplays and acts in films. She has acted in supporting roles along side Colin Hanks, Ann-Margret and Tatum O'Neal in feature films, which include "Lucky" "Last Ounce of Courage" and "Nailbiter". Michelle wrote and directed the Celtx Award winning short film "A Senior Moment." She also wrote and produced the award winning short films "Ready to Pop,""Good Conduct" and "Hell Week." Michelle is the host of "Kansas City Live" on the NBC affiliate in KC. Michelle is a host and supervising producer of the television show "CinemaKC" on KCPT (PBS), where she and Erin McGrane interview local filmmakers. Taking on advanced media with her comedic wit, Michelle won an Emmy for writing, producing and staring in the scripted web series "The Unreal Housewives of Kansas City." Most recently, Michelle's screenwriting has received national attention, placing in finals of Tulsa Film Festival, Omaha Film Festival and AOF Film Festival. Michelle can also be seen in national commercials, industrial films and print campaigns. Michelle and Jeffrey Field are Academy Nicholl Fellowship Quarter-finalists and Finalists in the Nantucket Film Festival screenplay contest with their screenplay "No Man's Land."
