I am a photo journalist based in London, specialising in documentary photography focusing on the Middle East, Africa and Russia.
Since leaving the London College of Printing, I have worked with The Associated Press covering the elections in Zimbabwe and the floods in Mozambique, NGO's such as CARE, Oxfam, and the British Council.
Homeland Lost was sponsored by the British Council in Jerusalem. The essence of, "Homeland Lost." is a humanistic view of the ongoing conflict. I photographed Palestinian refugees where they are today and then returned to where they came from. What has become of their villages, houses and the landscape?
My portraits reveal the real person in an honest way while reportage tries to make life understandable.
