Don’t miss your opportunity to learn all about crêpes from Danièle Martin, owner of Crêpes Nanou, and her father, Claude Martin!
You will learn how to make crêpes, and also a selection of sweet and savory fillings. Crepes are so versatile! They make a fabulous meal or snack any day, and the fillings can be adjusted to suit the needs of any dietary need.
MEET DANIÈLE MARTIN—
My French father gave me the nickname Nanou and taught me how to make crêpes at an early age. He owned two restaurants and a catering company in CT.
Though I grew up in a foodie world, I moved out west and had a career in the alternative healthcare field. While there, I fell in love with the food truck scene. So, 20 years later I returned to my roots and got back into cooking by starting a mobile crêperie.
My menu changes constantly based on the season, new inspiration, and the type of event!
