Currently researcher (PhD candidate in Visual Anthropology) at the Center for Studies of Migration and Intercultural Relations (CEMRI) with colaboration of Portuguese Study Program (UC Berkeley) where he developed research on Azorean Emigration to California, including a documentary film and other video produtions for the Hypervídeo "Açorianos Interactive"

Since 1992, I have been producing and directing documentary films focusing on Education, Geography, Anthropology and History for portuguese Instituition and Portuguese PublicTV

Between 2005 and 2007 I have been producing the Hipervídeo "Caparicanos Interactive" on memories of life and cultural heritage of a community of fishermen in Costa de Caparica
This work was a finalist for the Prix Zon-Creativity in Multimedia.
