FRONTYARD FILMS is the film production partnership of Amanda King and Fabio Cavadini. Since 1987 Amanda and Fabio have been collaborating as a co-producer/director team. They have produced a string of documentaries, a number being broadcast on SBS TV; including An Evergreen Island, an inspiring story of the people of Bougainville Island who developed amazing methods of self-sufficiency during a ten year blockade. In 2010 A Thousand Different Angles, a documentary about sculptor, Inge King was broadcast on ABC TV. The feature length documentary Color Change about how BHP relinquished its share in the polluting Ok Tedi mine in remote Papua New Guinea is screening in the Official Selection at the 2011 REEL EARTH: Aotearoa Environmental Film Festival (AEFF).
