A multi-media artist and self-proclaimed “vagabond/visual designer” based in Brooklyn, NY, Lily is a California native who keeps a slice of her childhood self-expression in her daily life. As a freelancer working in film and fashion she seeks opportunities for travel and adventure. In 2005, after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, and a seven-month stint in Italy, she landed in New York. There she began working in the 9 to 5 grind as a technical fashion designer for companies like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and DKNY. Today, her ever growing desire to expand her artistic expression has lead her to cross multiple arenas, working in prop and set styling and fashion styling for editorial and catalog, as well as costume design and production design for film. Her experience ranges from working wardrobe design on a gothic horror to building a three-room set from the ground-up for a pyrotechnics short. Her work has been shown in international magazines and catalogs, screened at IFC, Sundance, Slamdance and various film festivals worldwide, and showcased at the Brooklyn Artists Gym in New York.
