Brent Ringenbach has over 15 years' experience in broadcast television that includes Producing, Writing and Hosting. Most recently, as a host for FUELTV and FOX Sports. Including: 'The Prizefighter" and Fox Sports Night in America. Brent also hosted The Weekly Update for 6 seasons. The half hour news show was seen nationally and internationally on Fuel TV and Fox Sports Net. Brent was also the voice for Sports Authorities Major League Baseball National Radio Promotion in 2011. Born in Auburn, WA, Brent has been a sports enthusiast his entire life. After finishing his college basketball career, and receiving a broadcast journalism degree from San Diego State, Brent quickly found success in sports broadcasting, first working at KNSD in San Diego before making his way back to the Pacific Northwest as the Executive Producer and Reporter for KIRO TV's Mariners Magazine show 'On Deck with the Mariners'. After 5 years at the CBS affiliate Brent was hired at KCPQ Fox to anchor the nightly sportscast and create the number one Sunday night sports show, Q It Up Sports. During Brent's 6 years at Fox he received 5 Emmy nominations and his creative work garnered the attention of the network and in 2000, Brent was hired as sideline reporter for NFL on FOX. During Brent's stick and ball broadcasting career he covered every major sporting event including: 3 Super Bowls, 2 NBA Finals, The MLB Playoffs and the PGA Tour. The list of stars he's interviewed include: Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Jerry Rice and Alex Rodriguez to name a few. In 2004, Fuel TV set out to find its host for their new action sports news program 54321. After auditioning over 100 candidates, Fuel TV hired Brent. The Weekly Update with Boost Mobile evolved into the leading news show for action sports. Brent's next venture was to help FUELTV with their social media presence and helped develop their strategy for on-air talent, producers and marketing. Brent has blended his knowledge of television with the social and digital space to help new media companies expand their product into the broadcast environment. When Brent's not reporting on the events; he's participating. He's an avid snowboarder, surfer and golfer.
