Paola Baldion is a professional award winning actress from Colombia. She was born in Paris and lived there until the age of three. Her first experience on stage was at the age of four when she had to perform in her parent's puppet theatre in the streets of Florence (Italy). In her teen years Paola and her parents moved to Colombia and here she studied theatre for 3 years. When she was 17, she nailed her first audition for Amor A Mil a Colombian soap opera that lasted for about two years. This opened her doors and began to work in other Films and TV series. She moved to New York at the age of 20 and studied acting at HB Studios for two years. Then she moved to Montreal (Canada) where she graduated from Concordia University as a BFA with a Major in Theatre and Minor in Film Studies. Some years ago Paola traveled to Colombia and got the leading role for the featured film Retratos En Un Mar De Mentiras. The Film played in South America and various film festivals around the world, and has won 25 awadrs, with Paola winning the Colombian Academy award for best actress in 2010, Best actress in Guadalajara International Film Festival, and Best actress in Amiens Int. Film Festival.
