Raul Danny Vargas is the Founder and President of VARCom Solutions, a nationally-recognized, D.C. area-based marketing, public relations and management consulting firm. Mr. Vargas is a well-known and widely-respected leader in business, politics and the Hispanic community. He is a regular media commentator on politics and business, appearing on Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, Univision, Telemundo, PBS and many more.
In business, he has been an executive at some of the world’s largest corporations, including AOL, France Telecom, and Raytheon. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest in the D.C. region. He was recently appointed by Governor Bob McDonnell to serve on the Virginia Workforce Council to ensure the future economic vitality of the commonwealth.
A U.S. Air Force veteran he served in the intelligence community, including nearly five years in Panama. Active in politics and the community, he was the national chairman of a 35 year old political organization, was appointed by Congress as a commissioner on the National Museum of the American Latino Commission, serves on boards of non-profit groups and regularly speaks at schools on the importance of education and hard work.
