William J. Stribling is an award-winning filmmaker and graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the arts with degrees in Film & TV Production and Dramatic Literature. He received his Masters in Screenwriting from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film & Media Arts. He is the director of the SAG feature film Lies I Told My Little Sister starring Lucy Walters (Shame, Power, The Brass Teapot), Donovan Patton (Emmy-nominated star of Nickelodeon’s Blues Clues), Alicia Minshew (two-time Emmy-nominated star of All My Children), and Ellen Foley (Fatal attraction, Tootsie, Night Court, numerous Broadway lead roles, rock singer on Meatloaf's "Bat Outta Hell"). William's short film Beyond Belief has been an Official Selection of over 30 film festivals worldwide, winning several Audience and Jury Awards. Stribling's latest short film, Down in Flames: the True Story of Tony “Volcano” Valenci, will be released in 2014. Stribling's latest project is a feature film called Bear with Us, which he wrote with award-winning screenwriter Russell K. Nickel.
