Fresh Expressions UK Team Member, Pete Atkins is a medical doctor who is now in full-time mission-shaped church planting in the villages, towns & cities of Lincolnshire. He and his wife, Kath, were key developers of Fresh Expressions year long, Mission-shaped Ministry course.

In this video, Pete states that the only way to expect to impact a region or a nation is if the primary on-the-ground leadership comes from non-professionals - the laity, if you will.

Ed and Dave provide their perspectives on whether mega churches can be missional. A lively and fun discussion between two very smart guys.

After a few minute break whilst shooting the conversation (see end of Part II "...you're wearing us out" then laughter), Dave and Ed came back with some final thoughts on the importance of the church telling a new missional story.
