This is not my real name but I live a more real life behind it than when I'm just a normal 24-years-old girl with a normal name.
I'm a pretty addicted Robert Pattinson fan not because of Twilight, but thanks to Mr David Cronenberg. I've loved his movies from ever since I can remember, I like to think of him as a weird kind of "foster dad". I've never met him, though. And I've never met Rob. This is not that much important though, thanks to them I've done so many important things, I met a lot of people with my same obsession, people who are now my closest friends.
I started making videos not so long time ago for two friends of mine who went to the last Cannes Festival but weren't that lucky to approach Robert. Some people say that's pretty easy to meet him somewhere or to get a picture with him to premieres. That's not quite true. I live in LA right now to make my dreams come true (I'm studying to become camera operator), but I've never had the chance to meet him.
After many hours of waiting on the red carpet, these two friends of mine - Katy and Joan, that is - went back home to Italy with empty hands. I knew they were quite sad at the time, so I made "The King of Cannes" for them.
And that's my starting point.
I've read somewhere that Rob is one of the people who most effect the world. I don't know if this is true but I'm quite sure that he changed my life. If Robert didn't exist I wouldn't do the most important things of my life. First, right now I wouldn't have so many Robsessed friends from all around the world. Without these people and their strong support, I wouldn't take the decision of leaving Europe for the US to make my biggest dream come true. I'm pretty sure that without him I would not even start dreaming.
So I have to thank him for so many beautiful thing that happens and keep on happening in my life.
