After tearing down more shows in the UK, I caught up with Tyler at Tinseltown.
We chopped it up about a lot of stuff, from Chicken Wings to Cockroaches, Pharrel to Peter Andre.
Check me out, every Friday night from 10pm on BBC Radio 1xtra.
While Kanye has got the Internets going nuts, Jay Electronica has been residing in London for the past few weeks, working relentlesly in the studio, putting the concluding touches to the highly anticipated debut album, 'Act II'.
Jay invited me down to the studio to hear some of the cuts of the album, and although I can't talk on the specifics, from what I heard, I can say that it is everything you expect X 10.
It is a masterpiece, diverse HipHop excellence.
The guest features that he has pulled out of the bag for the collaborations are pretty much beyond your current comprehension, and the journey making this album is as inspiring as the music itself.
He's done it, followed the code, cracked the safe, got the formula. The wait is almost over.
Q. What do you say to someone is everywhere you look right now?
A.You just talk about the music.
The album has dropped.
This is what we've been waiting for since last year right?
It's only right that I get the man behind the music to break it down.
If you're a fan you gonna love this.
It may even make the biggest skeptic a believer.
I caught up with Nas and Damian Marley at Rock the Bells in L.A. They talk about their forth-coming 'Distant Relatives' project.
*The concept of Distant Relatives.
*How they hooked up.
*Working in the studio.
*K'naan gets the ultimate co-sign.
.....and more.
The Nas footage isnt the best, but thats how it goes when you get 10 minutes with one of the hottest rappers in the game in his tour bus, 12 minutes before he hits the stage.
There wasn't enough room on the tour bus for my camera crew.
Sidebar: this was shot before the Blueprint tracklist leaked.
