Cuando alguien dice no la otra persona tiene que aceptarlo. No a la violación. Denuncia. Si crees que puede ayudar a alguien compártelo.

Winner of the "Outstanding Achievement in Traditional Animation" Dusty Award (2012). DECHEN premiered at the 23rd Dusty Film & Animation Festival at the School of Visual Arts Theater in NYC on May 7.
DECHEN was my BFA Animation thesis project. The story was shaped by an experience I had while trying to get a beloved feral cat adopted in to a home and new surroundings.
DECHEN was animated on paper. The layouts were created out of mixed media and the drawings were colored digitally with help from some awesomely talented and encouraging friends. My thesis advisor was the seriously gifted Don Poynter, while the great animation veteran, Howard Beckerman blessed my film with feedback and insights.
Nana Simopoulos helped compose the overall music, while my friend and professional musician, Marlon Cherry played the bells and the beautiful Kalimba. Fellow BFA Film Sound Design graduate, Steven Burgess handled the sound design. Noted wildlife watercolorist and my instructor, Deborah Ross sprinkled my credits with her lovely paintings.
I could not have created DECHEN without the patience and support of my SVA teachers and animation peers, my husband and the colony of cats I looked after with devotion.
