my latest documentary, a race from great yarmouth to hunstanton. On public transport, and my challenge? Leave when the sun rises, and get there before the sunsets! can i make it? Or will i fail?
As a keen cinematographer, the opportunity to bring along my camera to a celebrational street party which was held in my home street, Rigbourne Hill in Beccles, Suffolk England was to good to miss. I planned too capture on film the excitement, the fun and the emotions of the day without it just being a normal video.
I was quite amazed that having lived in this street for just over 10 years I only knew of one or two of my neighbours? Whilst I was filming, the friendliness and warmth that I received inspired me to capture this unique event on film.
It was a real pleasure to meet some wonderful and very interesting people........ My Neighbours!
Shot on location in Old Hunstanton, Norfolk, UK this short film plays with the idea of dream twists and how the conclusions that we make about our dreams can become entangled with reality.
