I switched to AP in August 2015 and have been recommending it to Camera club members ever since. We all find the tutorials absolutely superb,
, the presenters delivery is first class, who is he?

I love the software and the capabilities, the videos are fantastic but the sad side is that it looks it will take me a life to master it !!! Great work people of Serif and the video tutorial guy !!!

Powerful alternative to Adobe Photoshop but at times missing UI (User Interface) options which would make this tool so much more user friendly. Example in order to Flip the Golden Spiral you must know the short cut as there is no button on the context sensitive menu. There is also no button for uncropping in the context sensitive menu and the user must know where it is buried inside a drop down menu. Then there is the default black and white colors which is used all the time for masking, Affinity could have automatically include the same shortcuts X and D to set the default colors and then to flip colors. They could also add a small button to allow the default colors to be set when the user is new and does not know the short cuts. This is only my second day using the app and I am sure I will find hundreds of more things which could make this app more user friendly.

Heads up: the shoutbox will be retiring soon. It’s tired of working, and can’t wait to relax. You can still send a message to the channel owner, though!
