I have found the biggest obstacle to people living longer, having more energy and feeling better is time constraints. There is an infinite number of exercise and nutrition books and videos but not enough time to implement the ideas for a lot of people. These videos describe how I have managed to implement cutting edge nutrition and fitness programs at home in roughly half of the time it would take to implement these programs in a traditional fashion. I have a BS in Health Studies from the State Unversity of NY, I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine in Health and Fitness, I am certified by the Foundation of Tao in Chinese Herbology and am a graduate of the Special Operations Medical Sergeant Course (better known as the Green Beret Medic Course) from the US Army.
