Empowering the Pro Se Litigant

In this edition of Pro Se Nation, host and executive producer MaryLynn
Schiavi is joined by the Honorable Richard A. Posner, who served on the
Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit for 36 years who retired in
September of 2017. Judge Posner shares his perspective about what
self-represented litigants need to consider before going it alone. Also
weighing in is Sonja Ebron, Co-Founder of *Courtroom 5*, an organization
that offers self-represented litigants the tools and insights to handle
cases on their own. Rounding out the program is Brian Vukadinovich, author
of the book: *'Motion for Justice: I rest my case.' *Vukadinovich
represented himself in federal court and won.
