NOT YOUR FATHER'S BEER  This is the 1st chapter in a series about the amazing things happening at the Forest and Main Brewery in Ambler PA. This chapter features Gerard Olsen, and his passion of Saison style beers. While the brewery offers English beers, IPAs and stouts, Saison beers and forged yeast cultures create a combination that could only be found on the grounds of this brewery.
