What I like about art is the opportunity to express yourself freely and transform your emotions and thoughts into a material work. There is a beauty in being able to capture a moment spontaneously on impulse.
Unfortunately, my field of art - film - is not spontaneous at all. A lot of time passes from the moment of feeling an inspiring impulse to the creation of the final work. Each stage of realization is subjected to constant analysis. Constantly changed, revised and analyzed to make every detail as perfect as possible, accurately convey emotions and effectively work on the audience. In the long run, this is terribly tiring. I looked with envy at other fields of art such as photography or painting, in which one can spontaneously capture a moment by letting oneself be led by the impulses of the moment.
That's why the idea of film painting was born in my mind. Films simple, imperfect, not subjected to analysis. Created quickly and under the influence of the moment. Such a spontaneous mixture of images, sounds and symbols formed from their combination. Now you add your brick to this process. Because, after all, the last and possibly the most important place where a film is created is the viewer's head.
