This video is a quick and dirty demo of an updated version of the standard Metasploit adduser payload. This version of the payload allows more flexibility by incorporating options to use a custom group name or use wmic to discover the local administrators group based on SID. This allows for the payload to work independent of target language and on systems where the administrator has renamed the standard Administrators group.
