Agent Line, Agent Hooke and Agent Sinker form what is called the "Bait Bikes" program. It's similar to the "Bait Car's" program, but with bicycle's.
They have passion, bear mase and a mission. They will find every bike thief in the world and bring justice to us all through their unique punishment theory (work's every time).
