La historia trata la diversidad racial y sexual de Carla y Helena, dos adolescentes que sueñan con llegar a ser ser nadadoras olímpicas. A causa del racismo entre sus familias, deciden mantener su amistad en secreto y entrenar a escondidas.
Con el tiempo Carla consigue un puesto en el equipo olímpico de natación, y tras un año de ausencia regresa a la piscina para hablar con Helena. Sin embargo, la reunión de las jóvenes se convierte en un episodio claustrofóbico y terrorífico a raíz de la repentina aparición de un desconocido. Como consecuencia, la conversación sobre el futuro de ambas, y los deseos inconfesables de Carla, quedan interrumpidos por la necesidad de huir.

The story treats the racial and sexual diversity of Carla and Helena, two young women who dream of being Olympic swimmers. Because of the racism among their families, they decide to keep their friendship secret and train in secret.
Over time Carla gets a spot on the Olympic swimming team, and after a year of absence returns to the pool to talk to Helena. The shortfilm shows us the reunion of the protagonists in the municipal swimming pool where they train furtively.
