Ok, so lately, trapcode made the MIR v2 open BETA available, I picked up some landscapes I had previously built while testing 32bpc extreme values to create fractal spike patches and was happy to notice that the edges now looks clean when multisampling is set to 32 (because I remember having issues with v1 it would not work properly). Then I played around with sound keys and connected the audio to the fractal map evolution, nothing fancy really, As a result here is a short montage, exploring those bizarre digital landscape. If you have played F-Zeroᵀᴹ on the SNESᵀᴹ you will recognise that great tune from the Mute City level, this version is performed 'acapella' by this amazing dude called Smooth McGroove, he has a couple more on his website, I really love what he does ;).
I am sharing the project files down below they also include nice Sky pictures I took around summer 2006, with rich orange, pink and purple colors, perfect to use for composite sky backgrounds
