Nothing happens when I click on the Publish button. The publish button works for Youtube, but not Vimeo. EVERYTHING about Vimeo is torturously difficult as compared to Youtube.

I don't have the export to Vimeo option, probably the version of iMovie I have. What version is this supported in?

I agree with paul. I am hitting publish and nothing happens!

When I go to share video with vimeo tells me my file must be smaller than 500MB and when I try to upload my video in Vimeo it tells me Oops, sorry the file I selected is too small to be a valid video?
What to do???????

I am keen to see an answer to Hayley and Mari's question above. I have the same problem. Is it usual for an answer to take 3 months? Or is this not the place to expect official support?

Same here. When Clicking the Publish Button, the dialog disappears, and nothing happens that I can tell.
iMovie 11.
All the latest upgrades with Sugar on top.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

one thing just occurred to me:
Enter the user Name in iMovie as the Email address you signed up with.
NOTE: THIS SEEMS TO BE CASE SENSITIVE!!!!! (Makes not much sense, but that is my observation...)

Once I changed that, it worked!!

Arch Dance

Thank you so much Martin for realizing the user name is the Vimeo sign up email address!

I do have the Share/Vimeo option in iMovie 10.0.7 and have created a 6 minute movie from an event but get no response. I've done Share/Vimeo many times before successfully but get no response now!
