    Housing Element Update

    8.1 Consider Adoption of a Resolution Recommending the City Council Amend the General Plan to Replace the Adopted Housing Element with the 2015 Housing Element Update. This item was continued from the August 10, 2016 Planning Commission meeting.

    Environmental Status: Exempt according to the California Environmental Quality Act as it meets with the criteria established in Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because there will be no physical changes to the environment.


    8.2 Consider Adoption of a Resolution Recommending the City Council Amend Various Sections of the Zoning Ordinance, Title 17 of the Lathrop Municipal Code, to implement the Housing Element of the General Plan.

    Environmental Status: Exempt according to the California Environmental Quality Act as it meets with the criteria established in Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because there will be no physical changes to the environment.
