For the first time ever the oldest cinema in Europe is holding its own international festival!!!

“Bommer Film Festival” is taking place on 24 April 2010.

The main goals of the International Film Fest “Bommer” are:
* film art promotion;
* development of independent cinematography notion in Ukraine.
* Enabling starting film-makers, actors, producers to make a name and show their work to wide audience.
* Experience exchange, acquaintances, strengthening the bonds between independent cinematographers and people related to the sphere.

“Bommer Film Festival” is taking place on 24 April 2010.

The main goals of the International Film Fest “Bommer” are:
* film art promotion;
* development of independent cinematography notion in Ukraine.
* Enabling starting film-makers, actors, producers to make a name and show their work to wide audience.
* Experience exchange, acquaintances, strengthening the bonds between independent cinematographers and people related to the sphere.

The fest program consists of two parts:
- competitive,
- non-competitive.

In the competition the works of years 2009-2010 can participate. All the other works belong to the non-competitive program. The fest organizers decide if the film takes part in the competition. The films of the following genres are accepted: fiction films, cartoons, documentary and experimental films.

SHORTLISTING

The films presented at the International Film Festival “Bommer” both at competitive and non-competitive program are shortlisted by festival committee.

The deadline for application forms and works submission is 1 April 2010
