Info related to cyberstalking, cyberbullying, online impersonation, harassment, smear-campaigns and identity theft.

I aim to find and compile examples of: victim cases, tactics and motives of cybercriminal harassment, experiences and effects of the abuse on targets, and emerging issues and obstacles surrounding these crimes, such as legal progress (or lack thereof), and law enforcement historically unhelpful responses. There are many obstacles to help and solutions for victims, seemingly due to technology advancement before law and societal awareness catches up. Also how cybercrime offshoots from or relates to other topics still emerging, such as workplace bullying and mobbing - the horrific cycle of workplace abuse sometimes includes or escalates to cybersmear tactics and leaking of personal data online, often via perpetrator having access to data as victim's supervisor or HR personnel -- via employee personnel file and medical info the employer posesses -- thereby endangering a complainant employee (or former employee) in many ways, in employer's attempt to keep the ousted employee unemployable and stifled.

I intend to compile informative material to help others in their predicament to perhaps feel less alone, and hopefully find info and ideas to pave a path to their solution.

I have not yet found a solution to my own personal nightmare: my story involves cyber impersonation and smears by a former supervisor who initially ousted me via bullying/ mobbing from a job I loved and excelled at. Despite being a criminal, she is heavily supported by a powerful employer, who fears liability, after no help was provided based on her many lies and careful dedicated manipulation, which resulted in what became organizationally sanctioned mobbing, a vicious relaliation campaign. Meanwhile the workplace bully turned cybercriminal after my attempt to escape, via extended sick leave for PTSD and other stress related physical ailments, then eventually forcibly resigned.

This workplace bully continues to abuse me with impunity, now via online tactics that run the gamut, apparently to destroy my life, and have fun in the process, as smears and impersonation online continue, and escalate, including porn and sex solicitations, combined fictitious defamatory "ailments" mixed with true medical info from mympersonnel file, and has isolated me from friends and professional,connections, who mostly won't believe me.

I remain in serious personal danger, and unemployable, and suffer PTSD, plus chronic pain. I discovered now I may have a catastrophic terminal illness (cancer, probably triggered from sustained years of stress). In the meantime I learned a ton of applicable insights and facts in the process of trying to understand, and in looking for help and solutions. I hope to share info to help others, despite I personally have no solution (yet).

Every victim situation differs, as do the perpetrators, so what may not help one, may help another.

Creating this group will hopefully also help me.

I hope to increase awareness that this horrible crime happens, takes many forms, destroys lives, and must be stopped. Victims need to be heard but often their voices remain stifled as they suffer in constant fear and their efforts to escape hampered by greater threat and retaliation. Perhaps together our voices may be heard.
