A Scrapumentary is a documentation of an event or a moment comprised exclusively of other peoples videos sourced from the internet.
All manner of audio, video and photo can be combined to make a new and cohesive document of an event.
Not only is this good for the environment, but it allows those without resources to create astounding content using only their intellect and an edit box.
