Professorial Inaugural Lecture Series

Professor Karen Hulme, from our School of Law, addresses the question of how to enhance nature’s protection when states go to war. The focus is on the laws of armed conflict, and, in light of more recent work with the International Law Commission and the United Nations Environment Programme, the jus post bellum (or post conflict provision) as well as peacetime environmental laws.
